Well it doesnt look like we will get the OK for an official terb party....:Cry: but I know some of us would like to get together again ...like the old days..LOL..now I sound ancient!! Pm me if you do and perhaps we can just plan a night out for us all...

Not surprising Miranda, there's too much liability at risk in today's world if any thing should go wrong. I wouldn't expect any of these adult type boards to officially sponsor a party, happened in the past on another board and it didn't go well. We're too litigious today. Best to do it the way you're doing now.

The success of those parties depended on the agencies (Mainly Mirage, but also GOE, Exquisite, Entourage) and the MPs putting in large $$$ for booze, food, transportation... plus they did what they could to encourage the ladies to come. Strip clubs were a good venue because nobody was shocked by a little extra skin. Only problem was a lot of the dancers were pissed off that they had a full club and couldn't make any money. Good times!

In THE OLD days... There were no agencies putting in money, etc. That was something that came after.
In THE OLD days... Everyone paid their own way, got in for no cover, and would spend ridiculous amounts of money on alcohol and food (when food was available).
The ONLY thing that happened was we got a SC on board so we had preferred seating. At most places we were in 1 area the whole time... For the Brass it was one area, and then when we hit certain numbers we were moved upstairs.

There have been many parties at various locations.
The last time I saw Miranda was the party at Jeff Healey's place on Bathurst. Everyone was there, even tbill.

I agree, the old days were good. Don't need agencies or prizes or transportation. A few drinks and a meet and greet with a few of the ladies who make themselves available is good for me.
