thats a new area of the "shwa but the POSHawa area Im talking about is the older area with some really nice homes, some mansion looking ones but yes, only a few blocks away and look out!

The Shwa is an odd town, established areas just north of the Hospital were the old wealth of Doctors, lawyers, Motor works owners etc. further noth and east are the new subdivisions, south has some nice areas but the areas in between can be dangerous. Oshawa needs some serious revitalization.
By Parkdale Manor and then further north past Rossland.
There is one house with the 3 points on the roof. That is NICE!!!!
It is going to be one of my future homes one day.
I am just being nice and letting the people there now use it until I really need.
