It depends on the porn star and it also depends on how your trying to contact them, some of them who have websites don't actually manage or have access to those websites, if they are on twitter, it might not be them on that twitter account.

Twitter is your best bet if you just want to ask them a question or say hi. If you want to ask about escorting, there are websites for that and you'll be directed to their booking agents (they usually won't deal with you directly).
