I am still newbie, I love escort girls.

If I just ask CBJ, perform DATY and Russian only,
is it safe (or 90% safe).

where can I see the doctor for routine inspection? (I don't want to see the family doctor)

Thank you information, have a nice day.

You can go to any walk-in clinic; you could try asking the doctor who sees you not to forward the info to your family doctor.
(I guess you have your own reasons for not wanting to talk to your family doctor; even though he is required morally and legally to keep your info strictly private.)
By the way, I am a newbie also.
I have only seen one SP, only one time; but I refrained from DATY. No matter how clean she is, she might be carrier of some infection (not necessarily STD) without knowing it.
The mistake I made was to french-kiss the SP, and unbeknownst to me the SP occasionally engages in BBBJ with some of her clients.
I would have never kissed her, had I known that. I feel like I dodged the bullet there.
Next time I see an SP, I will ask for an HJ in place of CBJ.

Well there are two approaches to this, though the best is to know all you can and plan/act accordingly. So starting off, see this chart. It is the best I have seen in terms of a collection of data and highlighting the risks, depending on activity.

http://healthnurse.wordpress.com/faq-about-sexual-health/sti-risks-chart/

Once you've reviewed that ask how safe you want to be (for me it is as close as possible to 100%).

As for testing, you can call your family doctor and ask for a run of STI tests. Alternatives are a walk in clinic or some of the local health community centres, which do provide STI testing. Call up the city for more details, but dont't be embarsased.

The Sexual Health Clinic is on Clarence St in Ottawa and many other clinics do STD testing as well (though many of them serve only people living in that area e.g. Somerset West Community Health Clinic). If you are absolutely concerned about anonymity, the clinic on Clarence is your best bet as they do anonymous testing, but be warned, it fills up quick so get there very early.

If you are worried about STD's via DATY, and would still like to partake, get yourself some dental dams. It's a thin sheet of latex that covers the vulva (or anus if you want to rim).

Agree with Berlin, the place on Clarence ST is a great place for anonymity.
