does anyone else find GPIDEAL a little full of himself ? and indiscrete?? i.e. does he have the permission of all of these cubano ladies to post their faces here? what if the cubano authorities find out abt this website and these ladies are exposed?

It's sort of a review of the hobby scene down there with information for your benefit. Yes, I suppose I'm gloating a bit, but it's an unbelievable experience in which any of you can partake inexpensively.

These girls let us take pics of themselves, and I've only provided thumbnails with lower resolution so that if you were to enhance, they would not be distinguishable. No real names have been used, and there are probably many women with similar looks. They do get registered as guests at any hotel, and the Cuban authorities know about that. Registration for a fee minimizes the underground, 'free enterprise' economy that the Communist regime wants to tax.

Well, at least we have an opposing view to kratz's. Nevertheless, I won't post recognizable or distinguishable pics. You have plenty of information with this thread to find your 'novia'. You don't need pics of specific girls. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

These photos are mild. If you visit WSG, you find full nude photos and explicit details. I doubt that this fairly innocent thread is dangerous to anyone.

If I thought it did, I would have been one of the first to say so.

He doesn't seem full of himself to me, not much different than many other reviews on this board. Just stating what he experienced and sharing the info for others. He has stated numerous times that this is the way things work down there, he is not making himself to be above anyone else.

Kratz, I would never post photos to WSG, but I've also seen websites that show 'jinisteras' walking in the public streets of Cuba.

I basically met two gals, one who I dated for the rest of my trip. I never made her out to be a jinistera. I wasn't aware of the international review section which would be restricted to members. Maybe it would've been a better idea to have this thread there in hindsight. On the other hand, it's not a specific review of a girl that I'm promoting for others to see. Frankly, I wouldn't post or, give you or anyone else a phone # or name (working or real names haven't been disclosed). Nobody is being outed.

It's really a vacation review. A review in the international section could be more damning.

List of good restaurants in La Habana

El Aljibe (chicken, rice, beans and other fare - way better than Swis Chalet)

Can't recall name (might be Don Libero or something) but it's close to El Aljibe and looks a bit like a castle. It's a Cuban-Spanish restaurant.

Don Alfredo's (Italian, inside the H10 Panorama Hotel)

La Carboncita (Italian - had linguini con aragosta or lobster)

La Dulce Vida (Italian - had Parga, a fish from the local sea)

Don Cangrejos (Cuban Seafood Restaurant with an excellent club at the rear by the sea - hopping on peak nights)

Just north of the Copacabana Hotel, along a street that runs parallel with the seashore road, there's a bar/desert/pizzeria place where the Cuban waitresses wear hot short pants and tight tops (pic of Pina Colada taken there). Sorry can't recall name. It's on the south side. East of this place is an outdoor food court which serves crispy quarter or half chicken dinners. The waitresses wear shirts, aprons, pants and bowties. Some dark-skinned cuties.

About topping up cell phones in Cuba, there are several companies, but found that http://www.ezetop.com/ is the best. They have from time to time some great deals with Cubacel..2 for 1 minutes. You have to keep checking..nothing right now.

I found this to be a great read GPIDEAL. Makes me want to pack my bags and head to Cuba right now, lol. Lots of very useful info here for anyone who has never been there such as myself. Think I would have a language problem though since I only speak and understand english.

If your on the street with a Cubana the cops will stop you if she's not underage then it's her they want to talk with,, but they won't come into the bars or patios of the hotels the same applies to Cuban men. they could be selling you cigars..women..or themselves if your interested..all Cubans carry their ID cards at all times so you can check there age. I was stop in Havana with my gf she slipped the cop 5cuc all was good.................I think it's taxes and underage prostitution there after. If you desire just one woman as a permanent gf you and her can sign documents supplied by the dept. of immigration and the cops will look at the paper work and leave you alone ( I doubt that applies to anyone on this board..LOL)
