I never understood the on line friend thing. I have gotten requests elsewhere but I usually ignore them. Except for this one time but person kept at it and it was just easier to accept. Also there were other non forum aspects for that particular web page for which I could I suppose see a use.
Otherwise forget about it. No facebook, twitter or myspace.

I never actually used the "friends" thing here, until recently. I think it's a good tool to use, to send messages to some other terbites that you are like minded with and makes it easier to send those messages because you don't actually have to find a post by them to get your pm to them, especially if they haven't posted in a while.

I stil sort of rate it right beside "cyber food". Not nearly as satisfying as a real friend.
