I am glad you are aware of the financial condition of universities in NY state and their policies on funding foreign students. I assumed that all of the schools were in rough shape. Glad to hear I could have had funding if I had only know you then.

I am aware of how the world operates. 4.0 GPA and 99 percentile means you are getting free ride all the way through. Your school was not in rough shame because you never went to med school. Funny, I've been reading 101 reasons not to go to grad school and its comments. Pages of pages from bitter grad students who regret their decisions to go, not one of them cited losing funding because the schools are in rough shape, funding runs out yes, they lose agreed funding, nope.

Even if somehow every change in story, every subtle error and the like has a plausible excuse and it was all true in a world where Chuck Norris is powerless for example, a person as smart as you claim to be would have long ago come to the realization that
