does anyone know of an efficient way to get al pre-requisite shots etc.... prior to travelling.
is there a travel clinic in the GTA, that is the walk-in type, no appoint. necessary?

I think you will likely need an appointment...but Medcan does that type of service.

I went to provax few months ago. Appointment needed, but they have many branches. I got the same day appointment. Good service too.

Medcam is great. They did my shots in record time for a trip to asia.

They are sort of top end.

I doubt it. The do our yearly physicals and many of the tests are not covered. Fast and great yes. Free no.

They are not generally covered by OHIP. But I don't know if travel shots in general are.

Try the "Travel Medicine Clinic" at Bay and Gerrard. You need an appointment but they can usually get you in fast.
The Doctor who runs it is well respected. Check out their info and decide for yourself. I have been going for a very long time.
