Answer : Catnip.

Before the Brits started to import tea from China, they were pretty much brewing up any tree bark and twig that had any flavor. The most common tea of the time was catnip. The catnip plant is related to mint. Once the Brits got a taste of Chinese and Indian tea, they could not drink bark juice any longer. By the 1820s England had almost bankrupted herself buying spices and teas from China. Gee is history repeating itself, but this time with dollar store items?

Answer : True

Known also as "fecal bacteriotherapy," it has been used to treat a bacterial illness called C. diff infection. A review of two dozen scientific reports, of 317 patients, found that it cured the problem in 92% of the cases! What's more, it only took one treatment before most patients got better!
C. diff infections usually develop when the intestinal flora is weakened by overusing certain antibiotics. The poop transplant then is used to restore the balance to the flora. How do they do it you ask? They wine and dine the donor until he or she is ready to give a usable sample (usually needed within 15 minutes of the appointment). Then, when the poop is taken, it usually mixed with water or saline solution and is transferred via a tube through the NOSE or an enema straight to the gut of the patient... then they let it run its course.
