An anthropologist discovered a non-human skull in peru speculating that Aliens had adventured somewhere in South America mainly in Peru. This strange skull has been taken to laboratory for DNA testings. Right now, I need a shot of that crystal vodka skull to sink in this story.

Maybe they would. (1)If humans developed from amino acids that came with meteorites, which has some probability, then other intelligent life may have evolved the same way with similar DNA etc. (2)Or if, the aliens came and impregnated apes with their DNA to create humans, they would be alike, (3)or if the good Lord created us and aliens in her own image, then we would look alike.
