Yes, I'll admit I have this problem now...

Before I got circumcised (around July/August of 2011), I would have sex with the girlfriend bare/no-bare and I wouldn't need to worry about PE.

After I got circumcised, I started PE-ing within about 5-10 mins of penetration (with bare). This would happen maybe 7-8 times out of 10 times we do it.

I don't know how to deal with this. I went to a Sex store and they suggested to try a numbing spray (Stallion)?

Also, this mainly happens in the mish position.

Any advice on FORTA and if it helps?

I'm a decently young guy, late 20s, and having this problem.

Just stop when you are near, take a breather and go at it again. Practice stopping and starting if you masturbate as well. Using a condom slows things down as well usually if you don't mind wearing one with your girlfriend. Try other positions first and then finish in mish. Like you, I was in my early twenties when circumcised and I think the constant contact of my head on my boxers/jeans desensitized my dick and it started to take a lot more effort to make me come. As it is still soon after your procedure, maybe that will happen to you.

Weren't those first few days after the surgery the worse? You've got these stitches, you're worried that the end of your cock is gonna fall off and then when you do get a hard on, you want to scream from the pain!

The same happened to me when I had my surgery one and a half years ago. I became less sensitive. Those days after the surgery, when I still had the stiches in were the worst for me as well. Especially in the early mornings.

Desensitizers? During sex I want to sensitized! Try Keegel exercises; do them sitting traffic or on the subway or during a boring meeting at the office. 4 sets of 50 then work up. You will be able to squeeze it off or gush at your whim in no time.

Yeah, have to agree that 5 to 10 minutes is not PE, just do some online research and it'll tell you that it's actually in the normal zone. But it doesn't matter what is "normal", it's what you enjoy. So the advice here is all good. I've also heard that some anti depressants can supress orgasm, but you'll have to see your GP which may not be attractive for you.
