Fucking awesome input folks, thanks a million. As with most things subjectivity comes into play. And bazokajoe, if you go to Vegas and don't sleep anywhere or relax for 4 nights then more power 2ya!

BTW what is the $ for Vegas casino SP's? Are they comparable to Toronto? My only influence is Leaving Las Vegas - mind you I'd pay $2000 to fuck Elisabeth Shue.

What I meant by my comment was,as long as it has a bathroom, clean bed who cares.Your in Vegas to have fun not hang out in your hotel room.

If your budget is $200.00 per night you can stay anywhere on the strip (the high end hotels would be Wynn, Venetian, Bellagio, Aria)
If you want to significantly reduce your budget any of the other strip hotels are excellent value.
If you go from November to March do not worry about the pools most are closed and it is too cold anyway.
Go to the hotel websites and sign their guestbook, you will get offers immediately.
Check out Las Vegas Advisor, they have good room and show deals.

The best place to stay in Vegas is anyplace that is clean, and not expensive, near all the attractions. I go to Vegas to see the attractions. A Motel/Hotel rooms is just a place to sleep in. If you want to stay in a nice place, stay one or two nights in a theme hotel just for the novelty. A friend of mine told me that the company he works for has a deal with some hotels and he can get a discount. The secret is that everyone gets a discount if there are availabilities. They will upgrade you if you just ask. Better that the room is rented out than it stays empty.

BTW- Do not gamble in Vegas, the place is built by 500,000,000 fools that came before you with money and left with none.

Are you gambling? Whatever you do, once you get there, get players club cards whenever you gamble anywhere. I was at the Venetian, won $500 (took it home) and spilled my drink on a BJ table at 3am. A few months later they sent me a certificate with 3 free nights anytime!

I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental last time I was there and I felt it was very good. Better than the Four Seasons IMO. No casino on site though, but with so many casinos in the area, it's not really a big deal.

Bellagio isn't bad either but I would but it a step below MO & FS.

Vegas hotels

I have stayed at them all and my recent stay at the Cosmopolitan was Fantastic. The eye candy is incredible as well as the rooms and restaraunts. I also went to the Spa for 90 minute massage and it was great, especially enjoyed the heated bed
You can also walk almost anywhere on the strip
