Amsterdam Blond (brewed in Toronto) is a light and crisp beer, definitely worth a try if you haven't had it yet.

Heres something you all may like then

http://www.ratebeer.com/

I think a lot of the reviewers think of themselves as "connoisseurs" on the some of the ratings, they try coming off like Tony Aspler, the wine guy.

Still well worth a look.

I will add my endorsement for Mill St Stock Ale... also their Wit Beer is very pleasant. A pitcher or three to wash down some pleasant munchies at their Brewpub in the Distillery District is well worth it...

I really like a really cold Bitburger since I went to the Oktoberfest at 2004 in Germany.
I drove 280 km/hour speed on the highway! It was a good adrenalin rush!

Bitte ein Bit!!:)
Aaaaah, proper Autobahn driving...happy memories, but not something to do after a few Bitburgers

Somewhere in France
Check out "Shock Top", a Belgian-style beer made in the US west and available at the LCBO in orange cans.

And +1's for a ton of your suggestions.

I love beer :)

Another Reason to visit Black Creek Pioneer Village;

I was there earlier today and saw the new microbrewery that hey have running. I got a chance to try their historic wares and the Stout is one of the best I've ever tasted. They also offer IPA, Brown Ale, Porter, and for some reason flavoured brews. The good news is they offer their potables in left and right handed 2L jugs , for those who need it, as well as single serve bottles

Go and try it or pick up some when you're at the LCBO.

On the weekend, for those who are so inclined, they offer the chance to help make some of the brew.

Creemore if I'm in a nice place.
Labatt 50 in a dive(reminds me of summer when I was little and stealing sips from dad's stubbie bottle)
Canadian as a fallback

molson bought them a while ago. longer ago than would be noticeable in the time frame your thinking.

Except that I knew them when they first opened. The same thing happened with Sleemans. They both stil make good a step above most of the big threes selection.

Central City's Red Racer IPA
Spearhead's Hawaiian IPA
Amsterdam's Boneshaker IPA
Mills Street"s Cobblestone Stout
McAuslan's Scotch Ale
Granite Brewery's Ringwood
Cameron's Brewery's 266
King Brewery or St. Andre Brewery's Vienna Lagers (it was the first style of beer I've ever tried from my Grandpa's brewery in Austria, so it's very nostalgic for me.)

I just love beer!
