You mean "name four hosts of American game shows who are (or were originally) Canadian". They didn't necessarily go to the US for the purpose of becoming game show hosts.
Mrs. Giragoudis, is that you? Are you still teaching grammar? I thought you died!!!

"The Americas" is not a continent, it's a collection of geographic regions; anyway, it starts with T and ends with S. North America is a continent, South America is a continent, Central America is part of the North American continent.

I know, it's frustrating, after posting a wrong question, to have someone explain your mistake. Posting wrong stuff without getting called on it is more fun than having your mistakes pointed out. You know what's REALLY fun...taking the time to get it right BEFORE posting.

Alex Trebek, Monty Hall, Jim Perry, Howie Mandel
Technically you are right. Jim Perry was born American and came to Canada where his game show career started and moved back to the U.S later in his career to do American game shows. The forth I was thinking of is Art Linkletter.

Keeping the Roman theme....

What's a vomitorium for?

How did Roman Emperors order the death of a gladiator?

What was interesting about the birth of Julius Cesar?

Larks' tongues. Wrens' livers. Chaffinch brains. Jaguars' earlobes. Wolf nipple chips. Get 'em while they're hot. They're lovely. Dromedary pretzels, only half a denar. Tuscany fried bats.

You must be hanging out in the classier Roman neighborhoods, my sources say that a popular snack vended on ancient Roman streets were stuffed mice fried in pig fat.

What's a vomitorium for? If you were a thoughtful host, you would provide your guest with food and drink, plus facilities out back to barf out the food so that they can return to eat and drink more.

How did Roman Emperors order the death of a gladiator? Thumbs up for freedom, and thumbs down for death.

What was interesting about the birth of Julius Cesar? He was born by Caesarean section and not by natural child birth, the procedure is named after him.

What did ancient Romans use to wipe their ass after a crap?
