I'm a bit confused though, neck and throat cancer in men... is this based on heterosexuals?

Wonder if by assumptions only... woman who have unprotected oral would also be affected one in the same?

Doesn't read like they took into account the sexuality of the men but I would guess they were heterosexual (or bi). To me it sounds like women would be equally affected and in both cases smoking would make it worse.
