It is just a straw poll but interesting results. Herman Cain cleaned house on the front runners, and Representative Bachmann finished dead last.
Yeah but Cain doesn't count cuz he's an Uncle Tom according to the left. This must be a mistake, after all we Republicans only hate Obama because he's black. There's no way we would have voted for Cain
Who for instance?Yeah but Cain doesn't count cuz he's an Uncle Tom according to the left.
I've been saying this all along he is my Republican choice. He's articulate, intelligent, has real world experience and makes common sense. His weakness is foreign policy - he needs a strong VP running mate in this regard. But I'd still be happy with a Romney/Cain or Romney/Santorum ticket. As long as Perry or Bachmann don't get the nomination I am happy.
That's right. That's all it is. This will ultimately matter as much Bachmann's straw victory in Iowa. Zilch. It is just a straw poll...
Google is your friend there's many topics on such. Garafolo called him that on Olbermann's show....despicable. I wouldn't doubt as Cain gains more popularity other left wing extremists like Bill Maher will make the accusation.Who for instance?
Frankly I don't think so any more than Bachmann, or Perry and perhaps a lot less depending upon whom he chose as his running mate.If it ever did come to pass that [Herman Cain obtained] the nomination I suspect you would see a civil war within the party
The Iowa Caucuses are February 6 and the New Hampshire Primary February 14.That's right. That's all it is. This will ultimately matter as much Bachmann's straw victory in Iowa. Zilch.
Let me ask a question. Do you honestly believe Perry, or Bachmann, or Cain, will ever get close to being nominated? If any one of them are, the Republicans will lose. Badly. The Iowa Caucuses are February 6 and the New Hampshire Primary February 14.
who would you nominate and why?Let me ask a question. Do you honestly believe Perry, or Bachmann, or Cain, will ever get close to being nominated? If any one of them are, the Republicans will lose. Badly.
Well, if I were a Republican strategist, I think they have very few choices. Christie continues to say no in a way that I believe him. Time is running out very quickly. This isn't like the old days where a candidate could jump in near the end and put up a credible campaign, as Humphrey did in '68. There is far too much money required now, and if a candidate starts too late or hasn't made serious inroads, they will lose. Perry is going nowhere and generally making a fool of himself, Bachmann is defintely going nowhere, and Cain will never really win over core Republicans. They won't vote for a black man. So, unless someone else steps up real soon, you boys are left with Romney.who would you nominate and why?
Personally I see the man not the color.Well, if I were a Republican strategist, I think they have very few choices. Christie continues to say no in a way that I believe him. Please tell me what does the President have going for him that Herman Cain doesn't?Let me ask a question. Do you honestly believe Perry, or Bachmann, or Cain, will ever get close to being nominated? If any one of them are, the Republicans will lose. Badly.
Good for you. Unfortunately the core Republicans won't.Personally I see the man not the color.
