Tulsa that advertises in the casual encounters on craigslist Ottawa has the nicest small breasts ever. Those nipples are perfect. She is petite. She will make you feel like a king.
The best spinner GFE in Ottawa is unfortunately retired 
but perhaps you can be a bit more specific as to your preferences. There are of course many asian sps that would fit the bill, but you'll have to ask Slurp for them. Here is a short list to get you started: Adrianna (indy) is great, at Capital Candies you will find Charlie, Elle, Manuella, Emily, Ava and many more, at PK there is Paris (recently reviewed here), Alexis who visits a few times a month, Farah looks amazing but I haven't had the privilege, Eva Adore (indy) and I could go on. I haven't seen all these wonderful ladies but most have reviews on here or on the pink board. They do not all offer the same "experience" so perhaps you want to do some research and narrow it down.

I would add Adorable Chloe (indy that advertises on EC), Layla from Bella Escorts (from Montreal but visits very frequently), Britney of DV and of course Constance Jansen who is an indy who only works part-time but post her availability on the other board. +1 on Constance (really cute and sparkling personality) but you should probably have a plan B in that things never seem to firm up eith her until about an hour or two before the appointment.
Completely agreed, with Constance you gotta just go with the flow. Sometimes it happens, sometimes plans change. However when you do see her you get a GFE experience that is almost second to none.

I came upon this thread and thought I would see how you guys feel about the hottest spinner GFEs in Ottawa currently. Also, what is the consensus on weight/height restrictions for "spinner"?

The other SP which was my first experience back in May, was a girl that goes by the name Skye..."Italian back in town". Don't have a link for her and she only pops up now and then in Ottawa.
She told me she was Morracan, but wow what a body...Unfortunately she works out of the "upscale downtown location" spot, which is a bit suspect..But I didn't know that at the time...
