I live in Niagara area and it happens more then you think.They fish out about 1 body a week.It's never released in the press because most are suicides.Then you get the dumbies who get stuck down in the gorge and the firemen have to go and rescue them.In my opinion they don't fine them enough.Like a previous post said"Stupidly Tragic"
