I suspect that you're talking about Linda hair design. Linda (vietnamese) and Lisa (cambodian) do the haircutting with massge in the back.
If that's the one, she has bought and moved to 969 Wellington st. west. little hard to find. Google "linda hair wellington ottawa" and use the map.

Try Lynn Dam on Bank St. You can get a haircut, and then go behind closed doors for a happy ending massage.

Linda's on Somerset/Wellington was great the last time I went. Admittedly, it was almost a year ago..but I saw a very attractive young woman, maybe 23=ish. She told me she used to work at Acqua, can't remember her name. Price was decent.
As for Lynn Dam, I have been once, massage was decent, but absolutely no happy ending... please let me know more details. I did enjoy the location and the place. Perhaps its time to revisit...

The only downside is that you have to walk past the salon customers to get the back so it's not the most discrete location in town.
Also if you're a regular and you're getting a haircut sometimes Linda will ask you, in earshot of other customers, if you also want a massage. The quality of the masseuses seems more consistent since the move but I haven't been there since last summer.

Last time I went to Lynn Dam on Bank (about a week ago), nothing was offered. I don't know if they still give massages with extra, but on my way to the sinks where they wash your hair, I did pass in front of a room with what seemed like a massage table.
I had a haircut from Cindy, a really cute vietnamese girl. As she was taking care of my scalp, I was dreaming about how nice it would be if I could get a full body massage from her. Unfortunately, she didn't offer anything and the place looks so legit, I was too shy to ask...

Linda's on Wellington is definitey still open. Lynn Dam on Bank used to have a massage room set up downstairs which was nice. Only went a couple of times and was hit and miss. Last time I went (a while ago) the massage room was on the main floor (as Rocky Racoon mentioned) mere inches okay feet away from the customers getting their hair cut or manicures etc. Was a bit awkward for me -- plus they use that crinkly paper to cover the bed (like a doctor's office). All that being said I saw Ping and she was very attractive and sexy...tall nice small rack. Oh one other thing....no showers.....

I think the room on main level is for facial or eyebrow plucking etc. Massage is downstairs. Girl wasn't my type so I didn't partake.

I was walking by and noticed through the window that some attractive girls were working so I took a chance and tried the massage. It was in a room downstairs. Towels on the bed instead of crinkly paper, but no shower. I had a strong reaction to the massage, but I think that was more because of my cutey masseuse than any good technique. It feels very much like a sideline and not something they focus a lot of energy on.
