I met my ex at a terb party. But there was never a transaction so I was able to differentiate business and pleasure.
Who did you used to be? I see you retired 4 years ago, but started this account 2 years ago, and just started posting with it today. Fascinating.

I think it takes a special kind of guy to be able to read about his woman doing dirties with other guys in reviews and be ok with it. I couldn't do it.
I used to be "Vixen Vicky" from Hamilton, my husband used to be "Bavarian"- both of us got rid of our handles when I retired...I started this one 2 years ago so I can lurk...I am now seriously just looking to see if there are other couples that started out like us- meeting here on Terb. It's hard sometimes and I wonder how many other people out there have "made it" in a relationship with an SP.
Ahhh, "Vicky and Bavarian". Perhaps a slightly better feel with "Vicky and the Bavarian". It has a movie in it somewhere. If not a movie perhaps a reality show?
This is a true romance story. I was a regular of Vicky and became a friend. I know her and her husband socially now. What she says is all true. I'd also like to know if there are other couples like them out there. It's a fascinating question.

I've known of 4-5 couples over the years. Most have disappeared from the boards or changed their handles.

It lasted a year.
I was able to distinguish it as to me this is my job and source of income, for him it was personal. I have come to the conclusion that for as long as I am in the industry I can't have a normal relationship.
We've hit little bumps in the road- started a family together, outted ourselves to our family, been in bickering wars over how money is spent....I'd consider that "real family life"....My question is to people who have gotten over that sort of stuff and still maintained a relationship
