Pornstars will do things my wife would never try and most girls would say no too.Men(most) are hardwired to like submissive females.Makes em, easier to mount(from an evolutionary psychology point of view).Doesn't get much more submissive then porn stars.
Yes, I'm sure most guys (including myself) would find a porn start more interesting than (most) girls. But while I'd rather have sex with a porn star than with most girls, I certainly wouldn't prefer to just watch porn than actually have sex with one of those other girls.
How does it "feel" that I am stimulated by the "visual" you are giving me standing in front in the Tim Hortons line? With Porn, you don't get in trouble for thinking this way.

Weird question and hard to tell what you're really asking. Most pornstars are train wrecks so if you're asking why guys find that interesting, it's the same reason people rubberneck on the highway. But what I think you're really asking is why guys like watching porn. That's easy, most girls won't put out the way pornstars do. I'm kinda glad porn has become so mainstream because it forces regular chicks to be more competitive or get left behind.

More interesting? I don't know. It's more accessible and cheaper to watch porn (and jerk off) than to find a civilian to fuck or hire an escort. Also, it's possible that some guys are comfortable watching porn than asking a girl out and later to have sex with them (e.g. lack of "game"/confidence) or hiring an escort/going to see a MPA (e.g. fear of getting caught).
I have to chime in with my friend JTK here. In my experience, those outwardly conservative business suite types are totally different in the bedroom. They want to be dominated (not leather/gag/painful domination, they just want the man to take charge) and once they've overcome any timidity they're total animals in bed.
The way I figure it, those particular women have been making decisions all day long and, while they may be good at it, it pretty much runs counter to their evolutionary nature. Women simply didn't evolve to chase after sabre tooth tigers or hunt mammoth with a couple of spears, they evolved to gather stuff and mind the tribe. So once they're comfortable enough to totally let their guard down, they really enjoy (in my experience, anyway) to be dominated by someone they trust.

But to the original question: Why do guys find porn more interesting? Porn doesn't talk back, tell you to take out the trash, invite her mother to stay with them for a week, bark at you to keep your feet off the coffee table, etc etc.
First of all, if these business suit type executive women really want to challenge their sexuality (and earn some money on the side), perhaps they should try becoming an SP on the side and charge accordingly.

This question is very different from your first one. I think men are more interested in sex because men have a different reproductive situation than women. Biologically/evolutionarily speaking, of course. Men can produce many million fertile sperm several times a day, every day for almost their whole life once they mature. They also do not have to commit to any long term relationship to raise the offspring.
However, women have a finite/limited number of eggs in their ovaries to release, only on certain days (e.g. ovulation occurs usually 2 days/month) and view sex as a riskier activity than men b/c we run a risk of pregnancy, which seems like quite a burden for 9 months, that men will never have to deal with biologically.
I think one of the biggest factors is the risk and burden of pregnancy (and all its associated hormones, etc.) that only women face, not men. Sex has less consequences for men than women, thus our behaviour has adapted to that biological reality. It's just nature.

It is stronger in men than women because the total overall consequences of sex are different for men then women.
