you are right, the landmass vancouver sits on is earth quake zone. one day it'll be shame to see those million dollar crack shakes falling through the cracks
Anyone silly enough to buy one of those dumps for a million plus for"location" deserves to live in the shitholes for the next 20 years,
i wonder why people still stay in canada when you can have a beach house in Florida for 150K usd.
plz don't give me that our economy is better BS. you'd have to make 5 times more money here to justify paying 5 times the price for the house. Many seniors are stuck here because of health coverage, but i don't see any reason why healthy and young will want to stay here and become life time slaves to a huge mortgage.
