Concern about first time with an SP

I'm considering hiring an SP for the first time, but I have a bit of a concern. I have a few small, white bumps on the shaft of my penis, similar to those described at http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/0905.html. I have had these checked by my doctor, and he assured me that they were not part of any disease and were certainly not contagious. However, I'm still concerned that they may be an issue if I hire an SP. I tried to e-mail one agency about it and have not received a response from them, even though the time in which they guarantee a response has now elapsed.

Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this issue so that the SP would feel comfortable with this issue?

I'd be worried if I had anything that looked like this...even if it isn't a problem.

Then again...it kinda looks like a french tickler...so maybe its a good thing?

This aren't pearly penile papules -- they are Fordyce's spots.

But my main concern is broaching the subject with agencies. The first one I contacted didn't bother to reply, so I'm wondering if there might be a more tactful way to go about it. I wouldn't want it to become an issue during the encounter.

This really is a non issue-not necessary to tell the agency. They are quite normal and the sp or any girl is likely not going to notice or care.

Not really the kinda thing you can predict her reaction to. Everybody—including SPs—is different. But you can be almost 100% sure she's seen more peenies up-close that you ever will. So, more than likely your personal differences won't be that significant to her.

Fordyce's spots? I didn't even know I had them until I clicked Brandon's link and saw the picture..

Until now, I never knew I had spots (thought I was the norm) and no woman, GF, SO, or SP has ever mentioned anything to me about it. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

What did you tell them? Did you say "I have these small, white bumps on my dick, what are your rates?" or did you ask what I usually write "I want white cotton panties, two girls, and lesbian play. Can we negotiate lower?"
