Yes, cute - but it also points out the inherent rudeness of people talking on cell phones in public.
This ad is okay.. I like that ad that came out about a year ago and had an old lady one one of those phones.. It was funnier.
P.S. I don't think it's rude to talk on your cell anymore.. Just don't talk loud and pace around like that girl like an idiot. It's 2011 people, until Mind-fi is invented your going to have to get used to it, and live with it without getting annoyed, unless you like being annoyed.

We've all run into those situations when you actually think a complete stranger is greeting you because they have the small ear piece phone and you don't even realize they're on the phone.
The hot chick in the commercial does come off as a complete b**tch; in real life wouldn't you treat the misunderstanding with a bit of a sense of humor; laugh it off and say, sorry I was on the phone, not talking to you.
