Hockey God, you're sig gif slows my computer and it's fucking annoying. Can you shrink it?

Ok, was the banned handle redacted too, or was it actually as you've shown it?

Heaven, definately Heaven
I would happily vote for all gif signature blocks to be removed. Fucking annoying.
Solutions:
1) You can ad-block the .gif in Firefox. Easiest solution.
2) You can move the mouse over the .gif, right click it for the web-brower's drop-down menu, select "View Image", open it a new page of the web-browser, it loads on its own, then click the back arrow in your web-browser when its finished.

Click on forum actions, general settings, and scroll down to display options.
thank you, I appreciate the effort. It seems though that to not see gifs, I would also have to not see pictures. I kinda like the picture sigs! Lesser of two evils I guess, is to put up with the fucking annoying gifs.

For some reason, it's okay now. Now my home computer isn't faster than my office one, but what's annoying is when it slows down the typing of a post, but for some reason, this post is fine and I can scroll up and down the thread without a problem.

Amen! I have no problems with the gifs, even on my iPhone. Maybe the complainers need to upgrade the computers!

Sigs, are in Settings!

MacBook Pro. The gifs cause a slight (1/10th second) delay in some pages loading, not so big a deal, although some of them cause the screen to freeze for....maybe 1 second. But more importantly gifs are visually annoying. Clutter.

Must have been a banned IP, since the new poster never even got a chance to post.

No lol but it's not that new by today's state of the art and the memory upgrade was maxxed.

I've got no problem now. HG or the mods must've streamlined the gif or something. You can add a pic in your sig per the profile settings but the size is limited. Check on that before you post or it will be removed by the mods.

i go to settings, then edit sig, and i see a list of features and one says "Can Upload Images for Signature: No"
Why can't I? Is this for paying members only?
