But if you live right and do all those things, you drastically reduce your chances of getting Alzheimers, Parkinson's, cancer...etc and have a much better chance of dying as a healthy 96 year-old like Jack did

All that fruit sugar !

Use a blender or an emulsifier blender and save the nutrition of the seeds, skin, fibre, pulp etc and nothing to throw away and no big clean up

Lalanne had us fooled and made millions !

I think it comes from pits not seeds

An emulsifier can liquify even pits ( I have one) and they are the only thing I do not emulsify

You can even throw in spinach leafs etc and you end up with a smoothie

No more $$$$$$ than a juicer. easier to clean etc

I heard he woke up around 5-6am and went for a swim each day, diving, etc...must be nice to have an year round swimming pool but I would wait until around 9-10am for my daily swim.

The old guy also refused to stop his daily routine...might have been an error, he was sick with the flu.
