My comment was more of a general observation of the things I have read since joining in May. Happy Holidays!

Observation noticed... and like it has been said time and time again..we are all entiltled to our own opinion...There are alot of personalities on this board....Some times you can forget a comment...sometimes it makes you choke..I have been there!! No one is perfect!! and btw..please ..please take me up on my offer!!! It would be my pleasure.. I never want to be that SP..that someone has given up on. My main priority is Customer service..sometimes it doesn't get applied, for different reasons, but like I said before..I am responsible for my own mistakes..Word of mouth and good faith is the best avertising..
