Ken Stabler has been passed over so has Jim Plunkett both winners with the Raiders! Funny thing though, Jim Kelly, Fran Tarkenton are in and they lost 4 Superbowls each and never won. Dan Marino is in and never one a Super Bowl. Marv Levy and Bud Grant lost 4 superbowls each and never won one. Dan Fouts and Warren Moon are in, but Joe Theisman isn't.
