If its 'believe', then evidence must be present, if evidence is present then it must be possible to find it objectively and you don't need to open up someone's brain to try to decifer their thoughts as you would if your defence is someone 'thinks' that x is an enemy. If its you need to 'believe' someone is not a civilian then Goldstone can rightly try to assess the information available to determine to the best of his ability whether there is enough foundation to constitute a defence. He did and recommended charges be pressed.

To do so he would need access to the information IDF had. He admits to not having access to that information. It is therefore impossible for him to assess it.

There has been "little improvement" for people in Gaza since Israel announced it was easing its economic blockade of the territory six months ago.

That is the verdict of a new report by aid agencies and rights groups working inside the Palestinian territory.

A ban on most exports from Gaza is "crippling" the economy, they say.

The report, "Dashed Hopes: Continuation of the Gaza Blockade", was compiled by 21 different groups, including Oxfam, Amnesty and Save the Children.

"Only a fraction of the aid needed has made it to the civilians trapped in Gaza by the blockade," said Jeremy Hobbs, Director of Oxfam International.

"Israel's failure to live up to its commitments and the lack of international action to lift the blockade are depriving Palestinians in Gaza of access to clean water, electricity, jobs and a peaceful future," Mr Hobbs added

For one thing, I agree there is no defense for (most of) the illegal settlements and I'm against the settlements. I consider them illegal, and believe they should be torn down. If you could read you might even know that was my view. There are a few settlements that are less clear to me--places where the only reason there are no Jews is they were all killed in genocidal attacks, like in Hebron. I think cases like that are debatable, but in most cases, there's no debate--the settlements shouldn't be there.

However we weren't discussing the WB. What we were discussing here is how Goldstone lied in his report. He asserts a charge even though he plainly admits to lacking the evidence to justify it: He would require access to IDF files, and he himself says he doesn't have that.

Of course I don't expect any intelligent respones from you either--you never respond to facts or arguments with valid points of your own. You just fart like above and move on thinking you've said something intelligent, when really, you've only farted.
