There are better file-sharing systems out there anyway. Last time I tried to use it (over a year ago) my virus checker and firewall went BALLISTIC when I connected to it. Deleted my link, haven't used it since.

I found it interesting that Limewire was completely shut down and face major fines as of Tuesday.Wouldn't other of the same type of sites worry about the same thing happening to them?I kind of just gave up on downloading songs altogether after I realized virus's were attached all over the place.What site do you download from?Do you have a link?

So Limewire, that I've never used, got shut down but more similar sites keep popping up. A couple days ago heard a couple neat old tunes on Brazilian Internet radio, that listed the album they were from. Did the 'Google' on that album and a couple foreign sites I never heard of pop up with the torrent for that album as a RAR file. Downloaded it in a couple minutes, then extracted the files to mp3 and it was perfect.

What is an RAR file and how do you extract it to Mp3?I know nothing!
