So I gather this isn't the norm with Asian SPs... I was thinking that this might be the norm with all Asian SPs (not with the major agency ones ... more the chinese cheapy outfits). She was saying "honey" so much that it gave me an "Apocalypse Now" "me love you long time honey" kinda vibe.

You visit a SP for a human experience. She is offering you another human experience. All you have to do is enjoy. You may not mind spending a few bucks for entertainment, If you see that she is costing more than you are comfortable with, then all you have to do is say goodbye. Simple!

I concur. It may have been worth $30 to have lunch with her, or another $50 to buy her a wallet or something, and spend a couple hours hanging out with her. Or not - it depends on how much you would have valued her company and her conversation. You're only an ATM if you agree to buy her stuff that is beyond your means or your interest - like CC said. At that point, wish her a pleasant day and leave.

It's not as if you are helpless here. Go out with her, have lunch and see what she is all about, if she starts dragging you around asking you to buy her stuff......then leave, otherwise whats wrong with buying the lady lunch and seeing the 'other' side of her......who knows maybe next time you are with her, you get more of the 'GFE' experience....
