Do yu speak spanish? That makes all the difference. Get El Universal or other papers and read the classifieds for masaje. Most but not all masage places are full service, but it's hit and miss. Locations change all the time but I've had some of the best sex in my life in Mex City. Last year the best was Club Venecia http://www.veneciaclub.com/ but it could be great one day and sad the next. It's in a nice safe neighborhood.
Although not too dangerous keep your wits about yourself and be street smart. Strip clubs have astoundingly beautiful models but its $$$$ and most are clip joints so be careful.
