BEVERLY HILLS—A Beverly Hills judge has issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan after the actress failed a drug test.

The 24-year-old has been ordered to appear in court Friday and is now facing possible jail time for violating her probation.

Officials at Los Angeles County Superior Court say a bench warrant was issued Monday for Lohan. However, authorities say Lohan won’t be taken into custody pending the court hearing Friday.

Lohan confirmed on her Twitter page last week that she failed a court-ordered drug and alcohol screening. I guess this goes along with the FU nail polish she wore to court recently.

A judge had threatened her with 30 days in jail for each probation violation.

Lohan spent two weeks in jail this year after violating probation stemming from convictions involving her 2007 arrests for drug use and driving under the influence.

On a slightly serious note, it's easy to forget to remember that these girls have serious problems. I wouldn't change my childhood for theirs for anything. While they appear to be bent on self-destruction, it's really too bad she can't get these addictions behind her. She's a talented actress.

Paris on the other hand... no there's a waste of bandwidth...

It needs to be made plain to Miss Lohan, that either she treads the path of the straight and narrow or she is going to be imprisoned for at least a year no ands ifs or buts. I don't know if Los Angeles County has a Drug Court, but that is the sort of program she needs to be in IF they would even accept her.

Lindsay actually benefits immensely from going to court and to jail. She long ago stopped being an actress. It was hard work and the director tried to tell her what to do. Now she makes even more money being a tabloid covergirl and selling her story each time she goes to jail. Apparently, she made several $100m from the last little stint.

So why not go to court again and make even more $. And after all, if you stop being on the front page of the Enquirer, that little slut Paris will scoop all the headlines and people might forget who you are. And then the cash flow will dry up.

She would have to kill someone before (maybe) serving time like a regular person. It's a waste of tax payer's money to bring her (or Paris) in on charges over and over again and give them a slap on the ass for a sentence. California has enough money problems.

In Lindsay's case it's too bad as she would benefit from a real sentence and some therapy.

They should just stop fucking around with her - she has violated the terms of her probation so stick her back in jail for the full term of the original sentence.

When she goes before the judge on Friday this should be a no-brainer. No continuing court date, just have the sheriff's deputies take her to jail. Supposedly her time is 8:30 am, so I hope she is behind bars by noon.
