Do you have some reason to doubt Constable Aaron Lloyd's word that she was? Presumably he did see the video. Good enough for me.

I'm not on the jury nor am I the judge, so I form my opinion based on the available information and on a balance of probabilities basis. The difference, of course, between me thinking they're rapists and a jury thinking so is that I'm not empowered to jail them. That essentially frees me to use the lesser standard in making my own judgment. If I were on the jury I'd use the higher standard, but I'm not.

Oh, I do remember what it was like to be a teen. In fact I remember talk in the locker room from guys who would say "She said "No and Stop" but I kept at her and once she got into it everything was fine." That was back in the days when no one ever talked about "date rape" but that was definitely what was described.

Teens + alcohol or drugs = stupidity. In this case Criminal Stupidity.

Ya whatever, it's easy said than done. Would you be saying that if that was your daughter, sister, mother or anyone you know? No you wouldn't.

There is no excuse for rape, much less gang rape. People taking pictures and passing them around and posting on the net, just speaks volumn how messed up the society and espeically kids these days are. WTF are you thinking taking pictures. I don't see how any regular person can think that is fun and want to record it and pass it around. Every single kids that has a hand in taking pictuers and passing them around should be sought after. Old enough to Rape = old enough to be tried as adults.
And even after the fact, there are kids not cooperating with police. Where the F are the parents to set them straight? Again, if that was their own sister, daughter, than it would be completely different.
I hope every single kid involved in this gets the same shit happen to them at some point.
