It pisses me off the way advertising loves to portray men as lazy, stupid, shiftless dolts - and gets away with it. Shift the woman into the same spot and it would be considered mean. The latest one is the Debbie Travis ad for Crappy Tire where the woman wants a paint with low emmissions, good for the environment yadda yadda, and the lazy guy watching tv can't come up with any ideas, but when helped by Debbie Twatkiss wants paint that would go on by itself. Same thing happens with TV shows these days with shows like King of Queens. Yes, it's kind of funny, but why is it always aimed at men?
