Probably you are already back to Canada, if not, try some bars in Bur Dubai - they are always full of russian girls, much cheaper than Toronto price. I felt that this is better to answer by post than by PM.

First off, good info provided by those above, so I will just add to that and provide another resource to those members who don't go bar hopping and/or would like to know what is available to shop for rather than take chances at a bar or through someone else like a limo driver, etc.

I have been to Dubai on several occasions, in fact I have had sessions with many SPs who work in the UK who regualrly travel there and are very knowledgeable about the scene, I usually do my research and arrange for something there.

So here are some pointers.

1) There are many agencies that do International Bookings and have girls working out there on rotation.
2) Many Indy's do travel there on business and some of them do stick around.
3) It's likely that you won't find much in way of reviews of SPs in Dubai, however you have a better chance of finding reviews on the specific SP, especially if she maintains her name and works in the UK.
4) Many of the SPs are from UK and Europe, mainly EE, but you can find variety.

Came back just before Christmas.
I've done some research and had few girls picked out for my trip.
But, when I got out of the airport and asked the taxi driver that was taking me to the hotel if he could help me out, he started lauging and said yes. And he sure did!
