Wow. That was a passionate response. I understand how a bad review would piss someone off but bad service doesn't make anyone happy. As for the TRUTH. There is nothing in my review that is inaccurate. Your assertion that were "reasons" for the place being a mess and the massage being 5mins before the flip doesn't change that.
Word to the wise. If you are advertising massage then be prepared to give a good massage. If you are staying at a friends place that is not ready to receive clients or you're tired from having a good time you should probably take the night off.
As for what I expect? I expect what every customer expects. Good service. If you deliver that every time you will never have another bad review again.
*I can see that others have had a good experience with Kim. Unfortunately, I did not. If it was just a bad night then it would be great to get a "sorry about that" response instead of what I received. Then I could have given her a mulligan on that one.
