So prove to me how YOU...know more than a court of law?
I'm not insinuating that the courts are perfect but I am just wondering how a joe blow nobody who doesnt know the MJ...doesnt know the "victim"..is not privy to all the facts because he wasnt involved in this case whatsover.... and likely doesnt know the law well enough to properly defend himself in traffic court is so all knowing.

He was tried by a court of law and he was found innocent....DONE....and unless you are privvy to secret information niether you nor I have any place to publicly pass judgement on him.
And yet how many here would suggest other celebrities get special treatment in the courts.
Also the mom received a huge payday and dropped the charges as I recall
No, he was found Not Guilty, there is a significant difference between the two.
Perhaps in the moral sense, in the legal sense "you cannot defame the dead" - hence you can publicly pass judgement on him as much or as little as you would like.
If Michael Jackson was not a pedophile, he certainly did almost everything in his power to give the impression that he was. Grown men sleeping in the same bed as children who are unrelated to them is neither normal nor prudent behaviour even more so when you make sure that there are no other adults in the room.
But you're innocent until proven guilty so that makes him innocent by default....innocent is innocent
Fine... I never said he was a regular gown man...hes definitely a wierd cat...but that doesnt mean hes a pedophile either.
Tis not the man himself we cherish for what he was or wasn't, but his songs and dancing that will live on. For those who knew him personally, that's another story.

I really hate to break this to you since you seemingly don't know. The verdict is Not Guilty i.e.: not proved beyond a reasonable doubt. It does not mean that you have been found innocent i.e.: you did not commit the crime.
No problem, everyone is entitle to their opinions.
