The best policy is to stick to the straight and narrow in the workplace. Don't do anything that might give them an excuse to fire you. Our company has a "no hugging" policy which has been interpreted to mean no spanking either.

Because cops in general are to busy eating doughnuts with their thumb up their butts. To say that they have the collective IQ of a doorknob is giving them way too much credit.

Mississauga, I know has a mayor. However, do you think the police are anxious to have a "dust-up" with the City Manager/Deputy Mayor?

I really like Hazel but I think she's off on this one.

After listening to her speak, it doesn't seem like she wanted to let them keep their jobs. However after having the Peel police force, the MOL, and an independent investigative unit all say that it did not warrant charges or dismissal, as she states the city could be held liable in court if they were fired.

If even one of those three bodies had recommended an action be taken, I imagine she would have done so.
