Not one of your clients, I presume.
An elderly parent had inherited them when they took over her phone and internet provider. The only way to get any customer service from Rogers to solve a problem was to file a formal complaint with the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services. That led to the president’s office taking over the problem. The service was still not great but at least something got done.

They are the most frustrating people to deal with. I think they must go out of their way to hire the most brain dead employees they can find.

However, I do recommend the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services if you have any complaints regarding telecommunication companies. It does lead to a negotiations/action from the firm involved within deadlines.

BIG OIL, especially BP now, Goldman Sachs and FAUX!.....
Not so fast there; BP's a great buy at these levels. It's yielding 6%, for godsakes.

My vote: Rogers, rogers, rogers. The TTC, our big banks for being so stingy with small business lending, and RevCan for its arbitrary behaviour with the taxpayer.

2. Microsoft
3. CIBC (most retarded of all banks)

Always do like the fine art of complaining. It's lost to so many people. I can't say I've had any lingering problems although one is brewing as we speak but it should resolve itself by next billing cycle (love that term)

Ok, I'll throw in all the tobacco companies who are forever trying to get kids addicted to their death dealing product.

Agreed!
The tobacco fields are no different than the poppy fields used for heroin production. They both breed nothing but death and should be equally eradicated.

Tough choice. Rogers or Air Canada. Hmmmm. I am going with Air Canada.
I just wish Air Canada would stop playing that darn musical tone audio thing when the plane taxis away from the gate. It opens their safety audio recording/thank you for flying Air Canada your safety is our priority message - drives me nuts. I must have heard it 100 times lol. I wish they would get another recording not using that darn musical track LOL. Time for something new.

Tobacco is not the only business that knowingly destroy the health of people
by selling them an addictive product proven to be lethal. I always wonder
why the society has spared the no-less-evil liquor industry of the kind of
indignation visited upon the likes of Phillip Morris. The brewery industry
may be less sneaky in the way they market their beers than the tobacco
companies promote cigarettes to the kids. But in the end of the day
beer is still as evil as cigarettes. Cigarette do not make people
kill others but drivers under the influence of alcohol can. Smoking
do not drive people to commit acts of violence and vandalisms
and yet domestic violences and hooliganism
are often associated with alcohol. Beers are accepted as one kind of
nourishment rich in nutrients unlike the cancerous cigarettes. But while
all brands of cigarettes carry a warning label no such warning against
liver damage is imposed on beers.

It is time for the society to hold the beer industry responsible
for all the alcohol-related deaths, injuries, property damages
and ailments. If litigations against Phillip Morris have been rewarded
it is time for people dying from cirrhosis to file lawsuits against Molson.

Don't forget fast food (cholesterol and triglycerides). Or cars (car crashes). How about knifes? (people cut themselves, use them as a weapon) Let's restrict sex too! (STD's galore, unexpected pregnancies and HIV)

Or we could start treating people like rational adults that have to deal the consequences of their bad behavior and poor decisions.

I repeat Air Canada ..... it is even too fustrating to complain
My experience with that:

Submit online complaint using appropriate form. Receive automated message saying complaint will be answered in about 2 weeks. In about 2 weeks, get an email saying complaint was read and forwarded to the proper department who will contact you to discuss. That was 7 months ago, no additional contact ever came.
