An elderly parent had inherited them when they took over her phone and internet provider. The only way to get any customer service from Rogers to solve a problem was to file a formal complaint with the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services. That led to the president’s office taking over the problem. The service was still not great but at least something got done.Not one of your clients, I presume.
They are the most frustrating people to deal with. I think they must go out of their way to hire the most brain dead employees they can find.
However, I do recommend the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services if you have any complaints regarding telecommunication companies. It does lead to a negotiations/action from the firm involved within deadlines.
