If you an ERA of less than 8 AA would probably sign you
It will be a lot different without the Doc taking the mound every 5th day. Who will be the Jays starting 5? Romero for sure. Then there are the returning woundeds.

My best guess would be;

1.Shaun Marcum
2. Ricky Romero
3.Brandon Morrow
4.Marc Rzepcynski
5. Scott Richmond

In the mix;

David Purcey
Brad Mills
Brett Cecil

Don Draper

I like Dustin McGowan. I think he's full of great potential. I hope he's recoverd from surgery and regains his form.

Maybe we"ll see:

Drabek

Marcum

Litsch

Romero

Gregg

Drabek is still emerging from Tommy John surgery and he's going to be on a restricted inning pitching count of 160 innings or so this year to build up his arm strength.
So, it's unlikely he'll be in Toronto this year.
Besides he's going to be pitching in the Pacific Coast League which is a real hitter's league; so he'll have his hands full dealing with what's in front of him down there.

Litsch won't be back from Tommy John till July at earliest and more likely late August. He's most likely to spend the second half of season on rehab assignments in minor leagues.
There may be no point in bringing him in at MLB level this year.

Brett Cecil, Mark Rzepczynski, Brad Mills, Robert Ray, Zachary Stewart may also be in mix in addition to Romero and Marcum.

If you are talking starting rotation then remove Gregg from that list, he is a reliever/closer.

Ok, how about hitting? Will Hill and Lind be able to duplicate or even improve on their 2009 season? Actually, who do the Jays have behind Hill and Lind, anybody? Will the "real" Vernon Wells show up this year or ever again?

It depends on the team. The earliest date is the 18th (next Thursday). The latest is the 21st.
Thanks guys. So, pitchers and catchers will start spring training next week. This should be an interesting year for the Blue Jays.

I have a feeling Mark Rzepczynski is going to have a good year...Although his era will be around 4.50, but this kid will have at least 190 K's.

He's put up serious numbers at every level and had a 3.67 era last year in 60 innings of work.

I expect he will do better than the 4.50 era that you predict.
