I have a sort of sociolinguistic question - do you think that the foreign accents play a role in the perception of attractiveness? I know that I go crazy over men with Irish, Scottish and English accents. Foreign women keep me interested longer because there's more discover about her...she keeps her 'mystery' longer.
With canadian women I share alot of cultural touchstones, attitudes etc. that have been drummed into us since schooldaze (and the CBC and Toronto Star)...so that in a sense, I already kind of know alot about her from the getgo. Of course, I just am aware of the the assumptions I have made about our common connection...but it's the same difference. In short, canuck girls are less exotic, more familiar, and therefore somewhat more boring to me.

I agree with your assessment, although California is not a country. The least attractive Caucasian women come from the UK, and most German women are unattractive for some reason, I guess the accent doesn't help. The Latina women in Central America have a much higher percentage of native americans in their population than most of South America, so your assessment is once again correct. Not really into Asian women, so I have nothing to add there.

It helps. I pretty much like almost all foreign accents on a lady except asian. People say Russian and German sound harsh but I actually like it.

LOL, I always wondered why Asian SPs had such bizarre names, those names aren't even Chinese/Japanese/Korean etc. They sound more like names you would give your cat or dog.

As a teacher this sometimes can change as one example one girl picked Betty to be told 6 months later, that this was a fat girl's name and she should change it, which she did

As for the question well this is kind of asking someone what is your favorite cookie or pie, you are gonna get a wide variety of answers. Mine is East Euro, Meditternean or northern European (Brit, Dutch, Scandinavian)

Yep - I'm a sucker for a foreign accent. It makes the woman seem mysterious yet attainable at the same time (if that makes any sense).

Yes, I remember in school a lot of the Chinese and Vietnamese girls had names like Betty, Bonnie, Winnie, Jenny and Elaine because they sounded closest to their original names.

In this biz though... let me tell you in all my years as a driver or adult industry advertising sales person I never ever got a tip or gift from an EE woman. In fact for most part all I got was very aggresive borish attitude. Asian ladies on the other hand while they are always trying to look for better prices etc... tip very generously all the time and yes give the cutesy smile and thank you.

Let me say as well that in all my years of hobbing, I have never received any kind of extra gesture or gift from a non-Asian girl. Not to say that I'm expecting anything from anyone. One of my faves used to take cooking classes and I would always book her after her class was over. She would bring whatever she had prepared and finish off making a great meal at my place. Another one would bake pastries for me and then bring them along with her. I would ask her: 'how do you know I would see you today'?, and she would reply: "I make it and keep it fresh until you call'. Amongst all the little things my ATF bought me, one year she spent a very considerable amount on a Christmas gift for me. All of them have been Asian. I'm not disparaging any other culture, all women have their loveliness but obviously there is something about Asian culture that I find particularly touching in its beauty. It seems I am a good fit for it as well, from the female perspective.

As for my 'civilian SO's', there is no way to describe the attention and emotion they invest into 'their man'. My SO now (besides being ridiculously attractive) is the most giving and kind woman I have ever met. I have never found this kind of loveliness and grace in a North American woman and doubt that I will.

In asia, gift giving seems more common. Another perceived stereotype of asian women is that they like giving (cute) gifts.

However I have received a lot of thoughtful gifts from our own lovely local girls once I got to know them.
