Many jurisdictions are considering updating the standard Law School Admission Test (LSAT), feeling that many of the current questions are archaic and out-dated. They want the test to be more reflective of real-world scenarios that young lawyers are likely to encounter today. Below is a sample question from the proposed, new LSAT 2.0.

A lawyer has exactly six escorts that he visits regularly. He always visits them in the same order, 1 through 6, and when he has seen girl 6 he goes back to girl 1 for his next shag. The girls' names are, in alphabetical order, Lori, Melony, Natalie, Oksana, Pink, and QTPie.

I gotta think there are tougher questions on the LSAT, they can't all be dead simple like that one can they? Hell I got a buddy who failed the LSAT twice. He passed teacher's college though if that tells you anything.

You don't fail the LSAT, you just a lousy score (like I did).

Depends on what you mean by "fail". If you get a score lousy enough that you can't get in to the school(s) of your choice then for all practical purposes you failed.

When you fail a test, you get a F. When you get a lousy score on the LSAT, you just try again.

Needless to say you are correct, remember that "puts me in mind of" doesn't mean exactly the same as.

There are six sections all timed, which basicly test: Analytical reasoning, Logical reasoning, Reading comprehension and a writing sample. The above is along the lines of the first of these.
