It depends on the event.
Olympic gymnasts peak in their teenage years, the top cyclists are over 30.
Marathon runners probably hit their best times in their 30s as well.
As for sex, would their physical stamina would be strongest at an older age than their most flexibile teenage years?
The age most women are the horniest seems to vary, I've only heard anecdotal evidence.
If you mean just beauty, I'd vote for the firmest and strongest, with a couple of years to fill out the bones - about 25.

Biologically, it all goes downhill for humans at the age of 30. After 30, the amount testosterone men produces declines. After 30, a woman's fertility starts to decline. Nature has made humans to peak in their 20's and start declining in their 30's.

All depends onthe female. I have seen some smoking hot women intheir 20's go to hell in their 30s. I have seen avergage or dumpy women become smoking hot in their early 40's. You have some 20 year old who eats Hamburgers all day and a 40 year old who takes care of herself: Who looks better?
In fact if you do a hormone profile on women you can see their "biological" age. My ex wife was 38 but had a hormonal profile of a 50+ year old and she went down hill from there. My current common law is 44 but she excersises, eats well and has a biological age of someone in their 30's.
I look old but am fit and watch what I eat. But my hormonal profile is that of someone 10 years younger,
