Sounds like a blast (rotfl)

Tiger Woods, who hasn't been seen since before his early morning car crash in November led to the emergence of countless women claiming to have had affairs with the married golfer, is holed up in a sex-rehab clinic in Hattiesburg, Miss.

Radaronline.com posted photos of scruffy-faced Woods, taken by The National Enquirer, which are both owned by American Media, holding a coffee cup with a hooded sweatshirt over his head and shoulders.

Woods is staying at Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services' facility called Gentle Path, the site reported.

Television stations WJTV and WLBT, citing unnamed sources, confirmed that Woods is seeking treatment at the center, where security is tight and dark tarps have been placed upon wire fences, AFP reported.

Benoit Denizet-Lewis, who penned a book on sex addiction, wrote this week on his blog that Woods was receiving treatment at the sex-rehab facility, where he spent time while working on the book.

Clinic officials have refused to confirm to the television stations that Woods is there. ESPN also reported officials would not confirm Woods is a patient.

The Enquirer reported that Woods entered the facility in late December in a bid to save his marriage. He thought the out-of-the-way location would make it tougher for the media to find him.

His wife Elin demanded that he seek treatment or she would divorce him. Woods agreed, even though he thought he was OK.

But he realized that going in for treatment may also help with his golf comeback, which is planned for spring, the Enquirer reported.

Woods can expect some tough days at Gentle Path.

Elin Woods will spend a week there with him, which includes something called "disclosure day" when the golfer will have to confess all his cheating to her.

At the same time, however, Gentle Path apparently has made it as easy as possible for Woods. Patients clean their own rooms and attend group counseling but Woods was excused from both -- he has maid service, the Enquirer said.

"When Tiger enters one of the public areas, other patients have been told they have to leave the room," a source told the Enquirer.

Woods also allegedly spent about $100,000 renovating the cabin he's staying in.

The Gentle Path process works like this, according to the Enquirer:

Patients fill out forms details their sexual history when they arrive. Then they're grouped by their sexual problem.

Days begin with breakfast and meditation, followed by spiritual work, "shame reduction," lectures and counseling.

During group sessions, a stop word is written on a blackboard to be used if anyone gets aroused by someone's story.

They're given "urge cards" that explain what to do if they get the urge to resume their sex-addiction activities. The cards instruct them to take a breath, call a friend and recite the Serenity Prayer.

Has this guy any male dignity left ?? His wife is putting him through hell, taking more money to 'maybe' stay and now making him grovel. Yeah he was bad but there is a point where it is impossible to get a happy marriage back. IMHO with Tiger forgiveness is never going to happen and everyday of the rest of his life he will be remorseful, in constant fear that the mistake will be dragged out to win any & every argument. Why not just have his balls cut off and mounted over her side of the bed?

Cut the losses, minimize the financial bleeding and see about expanding that phone text list. The family sponsors are gone so get new ones like Durex condoms, Playboy, Lava Life, Ashley Madison ... etc.

BTW: I think what happens in the clinic is explained in detail if you have ever seen the movie Clockwork Orange

Did a couple Basketball player say they could no longer speak to Tiger / they may have told him to man up and move on but instead he changed his phone number and is now being pussy whip around.

Sad he has two children but hey not like he can not afford them. Still half his, every right to still see them and he might be surprise later on when his kids are teenagers how they see him. (hey my dad is a stud, lol)

Tiger should be finding happiness and stop trying to kiss butt to please others.

People were saying how women must have thrown themselves at Tiger and he is only human.

David Letterman did mess around with not nearly as hot of gals and he laughed it off.

Sorry folks, but anyone else get the feeling this thread has some similarities to a group of people sitting around the Blackjack table at 12:30 in the morning making fun of someone who when they kept finding themselves at the table at four o'clock in the morning started going to gamblers anonymous.

Tiger is just following a "PR Business Model".

Go to rehab, do the church thing then confess on Barbara Walters.

Tigers mistake was just getting married young.

Did it ever occur to you he is doing this for his kids, no matter what the cost, including losing his male dignity? Many fathers would do the same thing for the tiny tots, I know I would.

No, his mistake was getting caught, age has nothing to do with it.
Sure, age has everything to do with it.

He has been trained from childhood to be a golfer. Told what to do, what to eat, what to say, how to act etc.
Tiger lives in a fishbowl, he has no life experiences (expect for Golf-related).
If he sowed his oats (for a couple of decades), he would know what he wants in a partner.

MiaColpa, I take it you are divorced or unhappily married?

My feelsing exactly.

If Tiger had a tenth of a brain, he'd be seeking a divorce now.

BTW, Playboy is all but broke.

Neither.

btw, age is irrelevant, I was referring to your comment about getting married. I know many men who get married late in years and still do what Tiger does, thus age has nothing to do wth it.

Well, I'm generalizing.
My friends that are married later in life (they've matured) are doing very well.
Whereas, my younger friends that are married are stressed.

Of course, if you are an older person (still immature, not-at-peace, issues etc.) and still do the Tiger thing.

Tiger was trained to play golf everything else was ancillary.

Personally I couldn't give a kaak about Tiger or the state of golf. I'm tired of paying higher water and hydro rates just so a bunch of fops can hit a little white ball into a cup. I agree with Mr. Williams.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This has nothing whatever to do with saving his marriage or solving his mental problems.

It has EVERYTHING to do with money. Namely, golf money.

"Yes, I had a problem, but I am proud to say I've dealt with it. As proud as I am of this Tag Heuer watch. Whenever I feel an unpure urge, now I breathe deeply, looking at my Tag Heuer watch to count off exactly 10 seconds. That helps me control the urges, and live the sort of pure life that you would expect of the kind of person who wears Tag Heuer watches. I would also like to thank the Tag Heuer company for paying for my rehabilitation."

Remember, golf is a very conservative sport, with very conservative sponsors, who pay very much money to get their products promoted by the right kind of people.
