ipod pic/vid transfer

Hi, does anyone know of any good apps/utils. that transfer data from ipod touch to pc and vice versa? I want to add individual pics tunes and vids to my touch without the syncing shit. I don't want to use itunes. Even a free utility would do as long as it works. Itunes is f.....d up. I don't want to erase my shit to put more shit on.
