Watch Appraisal?

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if anybody could recommend a place in the Downtown core, that does watch appraisals. I was handed down a Gucci last year, and this isn't really my area of expertise. I don't want to be low-balled due to my inexperience on this.

I doubt that it is hot or fake. My dad (who passed away last year) bought it way back in 1984 when he was raking it in...to compliment his then-hot-shit Mercedes Benz 500SEC. I also took it to European Jewellery in the EC for him about 7 years ago for repairs without incident.

Sorry to hijack the thread but it's related...anyone know good places to appraise some diamond rings?

Gucci watches are not worth that much. You can get a brand new one for around $500. Go to ebay and see if you can find a similar watch to the one you got. That will give you an idea.
