Anyone ever seen the Michael Coren show?

I'm not shilling or anything, I just think this is a really intelligent show, discussing, politics, business, current affairs, Toronto news, national news, etc.
There is real discussion, not reading from cue cards or boring predictable answers and Coren isn't afraid to make controversial, politically incorrect statements.

It's on at 6 p.m. on CTS, which is the only problem, there are lots of cheesy, faith-based low-budget commercials, but that's because Coren has too much balls for CBC.

I catch the show from time to time, although I'm rarely home from work by 6:00 pm. I enjoy it. Clare Hoy is my fav. Sid Ryan is an asshat.

But seriously, I am agnostic, and far from any religion. But I listen to Michael as he does make very logical points. Of course, his faith does effect him, but morals are morals, does not matter if they come from a Catholic person or agnostic.

I miss him on CFRB, Newstalk 1010 now. They should have kept him on with his show with Tariq Fatah, another logical man.

Even worse, you seem to like Conservatives and someone with NDP leanings. Tarek Fatah was an NDP candidate in 1995 and has worked for Bob Rae and Howard Hampton (although I believe he now supports the Liberals).

Paiken is very bright and lets the experts speak

Best thing ever on TV or radio other than Pacifica Radio with is far, far left without being Marxist

The problem with Coren is he states his opinion all the time as though he is an expert on all topics which is impossible

Paiken has the right approach and asks quetions of the experts then lets them answer

When he's not trying to be funny, he's mean, spiteful and vindictive.

His career has sunk pretty low already, if he's stuck on CTS. If we keep ignoring him, I hope we'll soon spot him taking orders at Swiss Chalet.
