This is exactly what I was thinking. You couldn't have been in Peel. You would had two officers questioning you till they were blue in the face, repeatedly asking if you had any drugs, weapons, or contraband lol. Cops now drive through parks and random industrial parks looking for two things: people smoking weed and people having sex lol.

You would have to be very unlucky or stupid to actually get fined, and there is no way you would get jailed, I don't think. I was once fucking a girl on the grass by my car, at a truck stop. Evidently it was visible from the 401, a cruiser came towards us. We stood up and pulled clothes on, so he pulled away. That is what I would expect.
A couple in a small town in SW a few years ago were spied on by a 13-year-old. He reported it to someone, and they were busted and fined, and their names printed in the local paper. Depending on who they were, that could be a big problem.

Well that's good to hear, I mean if you're out in broad daylight in a busy place with kids around, I can see how you'd get fined heavily, but if you're doing it at night, in an empty parking lot, with tinted windows where noone can see you having sex, it's a different story.

Unless you are parked in your garage on your property, it is illegal. Bear in mind also that upon conviction you will have a public indecency charge that will show up in background checks for any job you apply to where they perform such checks.
