)the good news is that it increases fiber...... the dye is vegetable based and the paper will be digested along with the pasta.
A quick wash won't remove the labelby that i assume you DID NOT wash it before you ate it ?
Yeah, if anything I find it makes it harder to get off. Damn things. I end up taking some of the wonderfully nutritious skin off with my nail when I aim for the sticker. I hope the one the OP ingested was tasty!

In Grimsby there are green house. I went to a soccer game over the summer and met the migrant workers there and talked.

Sometimes the farmer will get the order for Strawberries for Friday from the middleman{MM}. If the farmer can't deliver to the MM by due date the MM goes to someone else.
What does Farmer Bob do? he tells his workers to inject or spray the produce with ageing agent so the berries can be red for Wednesday to deliver Thursday.
Even if the produce is not ripe or ready they do this.
The farmer must make money too. The migrants can't believe this and feel sorry for the one's who eat this. The migrants eat more healthy than us, Trust me on this.
Also if your fruit is coming from Columbia and the bananas are sitting on a cargo box on the docks of the ship yard. That box will not leave port until the boat/ship is full. Passenger planes seem to do this alot in Poor countries.
So what kind of banana do you get when it arrives at your house?
